Grant of options

Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the global graphene and nanomaterials group announces that on 27 June 2017, the Board of the Company awarded options ("Options") over an aggregate of 137,327 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's approved and unapproved share option schemes adopted by the Board on 4 April 2014.

All of the Options granted have an exercise price of 178.5 pence per Ordinary Share (being the closing mid-market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 27 June 2017) and will vest on the third anniversary of grant. On vesting, the Options will be exercisable until the tenth anniversary of grant. Following the grant of these Options, the Company’s total number of options outstanding as at the date of this announcement is 1,200,907. None of the Options granted were granted to directors or PDMRs of the Company.
